いる期間中の者でないこと。
(5)入札説明書及び仕様書等の条件を満たして
いる者であること。
(6)労働関係法令を遵守している者であるこ

OAA0101)にて交付する。ただし、やむを
得ない事由により、書面による交付を希望す
る場合は、上記3(1)にて交付する。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札の無効本公告の示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書及び入札に関する
条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(4)契約書作成の要否要。
(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。ただし、予
算決算及び会計令第85条の基準が適用となる
場合、調査基準価格を下回って入札した者は、
予定価格の範囲内で最低価格をもって入札し
た者であっても落札業者とならない場合があ
り、また、契約担当官等は入札の結果を保留
する場合がある。この場合、予算決算及び会
計令第86条第1項に基づく調査を実施するこ
ととなるため、調査の対象となる入札参加者
は、当局の行うヒアリング等の調査に協力し
なければならない。

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the Consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
②not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③have Grade A, B or C on "provision of
services" in the Kyushu-Okinawa Area in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
④ not be a person in the period which has
received the measure of the nomination
