District Court, and Tokyo Summary Court;
Contracted maximum flow rate 820 cubic
meters/h; Estimated annual consumption
1,999,780 cubic meters

rough 2028
(5)Supplying place: As shown in the ex-
planatory paper for the bid
(6)Qualification for participating in the bid-
ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article);②not apply to Article 71 of
the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (3
have Grade A in Selling classification in
terms of the qualification for participating
in bids required by the Supreme Court (sing-
le qualification for every ministry and
agency) in the fiscal years 2025,2026 and
2027 and meet the qualification for partici-
pating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu re-
gion;④The time and place of application
for the qualification of 3 shall be in the
manner of application for single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency;⑤have
been registered as a Gas Retailer in accor-
dance with Article 3 of the Gas Business
Act ; 6have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status from the Su-
preme Court at the time of the opening of
bids; and ⑦meet the qualification require-
ment which the obligated officer may spec-
ify in accordance with Article 73 of the abo-
ve-mentioned Cabinet Order
