次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に、当該金額のうち軽減税
率の適用対象となる飲食料品の部分に100分
の8に相当する額を加算した金額及び軽減税
率の適用対象となる飲食料品以外の部分に
100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額を合
算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があ
るときは、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額)
をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消
費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者である
か免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった
契約金額の軽減税率の適用対象となる飲食料
品の部分の108分の100に相当する金額及び軽
減税率の適用対象となる飲食料品以外の部分
の110分の100に相当する金額並びに前記金額
を合算した金額を入札書に記載すること,
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)次のいずれかに該当する者であること。
①令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加
資格(全省庁統一資格)の「物品の販売」
において、A等級に格付けされ、関東・甲
信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者である

②令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加
資格(全省庁統一資格)の「物品の販売」
において、B又はC等級に格付けされ、関
東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者
で、本入札公告の災害時備蓄品の購入契約
と同等以上の実績を証明できる者であるこ
と。
(4)上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、
全省庁統一資格申請の方法による.
(5)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対
象外とすることを定める措置を受けていない
こと。
(6)その他予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に
基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を
有する者であること。
3電子調達システムの利用
本件は、入札手続を電子調達システムで行う
対象案件である。ただし、電子入札によりがた
い者は、事前に承諾を得て紙入札方式に代える
ことができる。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。

のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出し
た入札書は無効とする。

79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札

terms of the qualification for participating
in bids required by the Supreme Court (sing-

gion, or (b)have Grade B or C in Selling
classification, meet the said qualification,
and be able to prove the record of experi
ence of equivalent or superior sale contract
of emergency supplies to the case this no-
tice;④The time and place of Application
for the qualification of3)shall be in the
manner of application for single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency;⑤have
not received suspension of designated con-
tractor status from the Supreme Court at
the time of the opening of bids ; and ⑥meet
the qualification requirement which the ob
ligated officer may specify in accordance
