5 Summary
(1) Contracting Entity: Satoshi Hoshino, Administrative Contracting Officer Director, Contract Management Division, RIKEN.

(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be required: Electricity to be used in RIKEN Sendai Campus, 1 set
(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026.
(5) Delivery place: RIKEN Sendai Campus.
(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
1) Not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning the contract for RIKEN.
2) Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2024 in manufacture of product or sales of product for participating in tenders by RIKEN, or in tenders by single qualification for every ministry and agency.
3) Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
4) Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂.
