1 調達内容
(1) 品目分類番号 26
(2) 購入等件名及び数量 小串地区で使用する
電気 一式
(3) 調達件名の特質等 入札説明書による。

(5) 納入場所 学長が指定する場所
(6) 入札方法 入札金額は各社において設定す
る契約電力に対する単一の単価(kWh)及
び使用電力量に対する単価を記載すること。
(小数点以下を含むことができる。)落札の決
定は、本学が提示する予定使用電力量の対価
を入札書に記載された入札金額に従って計算
した総価で行うので、当該総価を上記の単価
と併せて記載すること。なお、落札決定に当
たっては、入札書に記載された金額に該当金
額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金
額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、
消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であ
るか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もっ
た契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入
札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 国立大学法人山口大学の契約事務取扱要項
第5条及び第6条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補
助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意
を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある
場合に該当する。
(2) 国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
国立大学法人山口大学の競争参加資格のいず
れかにおいて令和6年度に中国地域の「物品
の販売」のA等級に格付けされている者であ
ること。なお、国の競争参加資格(全省庁統
一資格)については、令和5年3月31日付け
号外政府調達第60号の官報の競争参加者の資
格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口
において随時受け付けており、山口大学の競
争参加資格については、山口大学財務部財務
課財務企画係にて随時受け付けている。
(3) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売
電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(4) 本公告に示した物品を学長が指定する日
時、場所に十分に納入することができること
を証明した者であること。
(5) 省CO₂化の要素を考慮する観点から、入札
説明書に記載する基準を満たす者であるこ
と。
(6) 国立大学法人山口大学の契約事務取扱要項
第7条の規定に基づき、学長が定める資格を
有する者であること。
(7) 学長から取引停止の措置を受けている期間
中の者でないこと。

(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
5 Summary

(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
(5) Delivery place: The places specified by the Obligating Officer
(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Yamaguchi University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Chugoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Yamaguchi University,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂.
E meet the qualification requirements which President Yamaguchi University may specify in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President Yamaguchi University.
