(3)入札者に求められる義務この一般競争に
参加する者は、封印した入札書の他に本公告
に示した物品を納入できることを証明する書
類及び本研究所の交付する仕様書に基づく技
術審査資料を添付して入札書の受領期限まで
に提出しなければならない。なお、入札者は、
開札日の3日前までの間において、当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札者に求められる
義務を履行しなかった者のした入札は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札者を落札者
とする。
