(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に競争
参加資格の確認のための書類及び総合評価の
ための書類を添付して入札書の受領期限まで
に提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札
日の前日までの間において、学長から当該書
類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(6)契約書作成の要否要。
(7)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると国立大学法人奈良先端科学技術
大学院大学長が判断した入札者であって、国
立大学法人奈良先端科学技術大学院大学契約
事務取扱規程第15条の規定に基づいて作成さ
れた予定価格の制限の範囲内で、学長が入札
説明書で指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下
「性能等」という。)のうち、必須とした項目
の最低限の要求要件をすべて満たしている性
能等を提案した入札者の中から、学長が入札
説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札
者を定める。
(8)手続における交渉の有無無。
(9)その他詳細は、入札説明書による。なお、
入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

qualification during fiscal 2026 in the
Kinki area in sales of product for partici-
pating in tenders by Single qualification
for every ministry and agency
C prove to have the ability to perform the
procurement indicated in this notice ac-
cording to the specification,
D prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products
E not be involved directly in the produc-
tion of procurement specification docu-
ments except in the case that fairness and
non-discrimination are guaranteed
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by President,
Nara Institute of Science and Technol-
ogy.
