(2)入札説明書の交付方法本公告の日から、
原則として電子メールにより交付する。交付
を希望する者は、次の内容の電子メールを、
上記3(1)のメールアドレスまで送信するこ
と。
ア電子メールの標題に、「入札公告第7号に
係る入札説明書交付希望」と記載する.
イ電子メールの本文に、次の内容を記載す
る。
①入札件名「500MHz核磁気共鳴装置用
超電導磁石一式
②交付申請者の住所、氏名、電話番号、
メールアドレス(交付申請者が法人の場
合は、住所、法人名、担当部署、担当者
氏名(役職)、電話番号、メールアドレ
ス)
奈良先端科学技術大学院大学が当該電子
メールに入札説明書を添付したうえで交付申
請者に返信することにより、入札説明書を交
付する。入札説明書が受信できない場合は上
記3(1)の担当者まで電話連絡を行うこと。
(3)入札説明会は開催しない。
(4)入札書の受領期限令和8年8月17日17時
15分

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金免除する。
(3)契約保証金免除する。
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前
日までの間において、学長から当該書類に関
し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなけ
ればならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(6)契約書作成の要否要。
(7)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると国立大学法人奈良先端科学技術
大学院大学長が判断した入札者であって、国
立大学法人奈良先端科学技術大学院大学契約
事務取扱規程第15条の規定に基づいて作成さ
れた予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格を
もって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者と
する。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

Kinki area in sales of product for partici-
pating in tenders by Single qualification
for every ministry and agency
C prove to perform the
procurement indicated in this notice ac-
cording to the specification.
D prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
E not be involved directly in the produc-
tion of procurement specification docu-
ments except in the case that fairness and
non-discrimination are guaranteed.
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by President,
