(9)Even when there is no entry or when
there is an entry, after receiving the refer-
ence quotation which is the attached appli-
cation of qualification application form, if
it is not considered to be advantageous as
compared with the planned amount with
the current counterparty, competition bid-
ding (general competition) will not be con-
ducted and we plan to sign a contract with
the current counterparties.
