(2)入札説明書の交付方法
ア.交付方法交付希望者に対し、電子メー
ルにて交付を行う。下記イ.申し込み期間
中に、下記ウ.の交付に必要な提出書類を
添付の上、電子メールにて請求すること。
イ.申し込み期間令和8年6月15日(月)～
令和8年7月21日(火)17時締切
ウ.入札の交付に必要な提出書類
(ア)記入済・押印済の守秘誓約書データ
(入札公告別添様式)
(イ)有効な全省庁統一資格審査結果通知書
の写し
エ.入札説明書等に関する質問入札説明書
を参照すること。
(3)入札説明会の日時、場所及び参加方法
次のとおり入札説明会を行うので、入札に
参加を希望する者はなるべく参加すること。
ア.日時:令和8年6月24日(水)14時
イ.場所:オンライン形式
ウ.説明会に参加を希望する者は令和8年6
月23日(火)17時までに3(1)の連絡先に、
電子メールに会社名、参加者名、電子メー
ル等連絡先を明記のうえ、上記(2)ウ.「入
札の交付に必要な提出書類」を添付し、申
し込むこと。なお、入札説明書・仕様書の
交付申請者は再提出不要。
(4)入開札の日時及び場所令和8年8月24日

国際センター第5会議室
(5)郵送等による入札書の受領期限上記(4)の
入開札に立ち会うことができない場合、郵送
等(宅配便等を含む。)による入札書類の提出
を受け付ける。その場合、入札書は追跡可能
な手段により、上記(1)の担当者宛に令和8年
8月21日(金)12時までに到着するよう送付
すること。
4その他
(1)入札、契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除,
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示す証明
書・提案書等の必要資料を所定期限(別途入
札説明書で指定する期限)までに提出しなけ
ればならない。当該資料は独立行政法人国際
交流基金において審査するものとし、競争参
加資格を有する者による入札を行うものとす
る。入札者は、当該資料に関し説明を求めら
れた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効入札説明書に定める条件に違
反した入札書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で、入札説明書で指定する要求要件のうち、
必須とした項目の最低限の要求をすべて満た
している提案をした入札者の中から、入札説
明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者
を定める。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入
札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の
内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあ
ると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締
結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すことと
なるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認
められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の
価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低の価
格をもって入札した者を落札者とすることが
ある。

documentation.
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Articles 16 and 18 of
the Japan Foundation's Rules for the op-
eration of Accounting
②have Grade A or B classification in
sale of products and provision of services
in terms of the qualification for partici-
pating in tenders (single qualification for
every ministry and agency) for fiscal
years 2025, 2026, and 2027
③not currently be under suspension of
nomination by the Japan Foundation or
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of
the contract with the Japan Foundation
and who have no record of default, delay
or other breach of promise over the past
year
⑤meet the qualification requirements
which may be specified in the tender do-
cumentation.
