(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、競争参加資格に関する
証明書等を入札説明書に示す受領期限までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、理事長等から当該
書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに
応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法契約事務取扱細則第36
条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った入札者を落札者とする。

Center Geriatriatrics and Gerontology.

that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause :
②not come under Article 7 of the regula-
tion concerning contract for National
Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology;
③have the Grade A, B or C in or "Sales of
Products" for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Unified qualification for every ministry
and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region;
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the obligating officer such as Pre-
sident determins in accordance with Arti-
cle 5 of the regulation;
