(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、競争参加資格に関する
証明書等を入札説明書に示す受領期限までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、理事長等から当該
書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに
応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法契約事務取扱細則第36
条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った入札者を落札者とする。

5 Summary

required: Purchasing contract for4 items
of Cell&Gene Therapy Products
(4)Fulfillment period: From 1, April,2026 to
31, 2027
(5) Fulfillment place: National Center for
Geriatrics and Gerontology
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology.
Furthermore, minors, person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause :
②not come under Article7 of the Regula-
tion concerning contract for National
Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology;
③have the Grade A, B or C in "Sales of
Products" for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region;
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the obligating officer such as Pre-
sident determines in accordance with Ar-
ticle 5 of the Regulation :
⑤Based on the provisions of Article40-
5, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Securing
Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Phar-
maceuticals and Medical Devices (Act
No.145of1960),have got permission to
sell regenerative medicine products ;
