## 裁決取消訴訟の判決確定の公告 第一東京弁護士会が同会所属弁護士人見勝行会員(登録番号28805)に対してなした懲戒処分(戒告・令和5年11月30日告知)につき、本会がこれに対する審査請求を棄却する旨の裁決を行ったところ(令和6年12月17日告知)、同人から裁決取消しの訴えが提起され、令和8年3月24日、東京高等裁判所において原告の請求を棄却する旨の判決がなされ、同判決は同年4月8日確定した。よって本会は、これを懲戒処分の公告及び公表等に関する規程第3条第7号の規定により公告する。 令和8年5月14日 日本弁護士連合会
