4 その他
(1) 本調達は、令和8年度予算の成立を条件とする。
(2) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。
(3) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
本業務は、契約手続にかかる書類の授受を電子調達システムで行う対象業務である。なお、電子調達システムによりがたい場合は、発注者の承諾を得て紙契約方式に代えるものとする。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づき作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall;
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause :
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
③ have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in the "Selling" in Tokai・Hokuriku, Kinki or Chugoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027 :
④ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
