(3)入札説明書の交付方法入札説明書の交付
を希望する者は第一管区海上保安本部のホー
ムページ「入札情報」からダウンロードする
こと。また、郵送により交付を希望する者は
A4判用紙が入る返信用封筒(宛先を明記す
る。)並びに重量250gに見合う郵便料金に相
当する郵便切手又は国際返信切手券を添付し
て(2)の係に申し込むこと。

(1)本契約は令和8年度の予算成立を条件とす
る。
(2)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(3)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した書
類を証明書の受領期限までに提出し審査に合
格しなければならない。また入札者は、開札
の前日までの間において、支出負担行為担当
官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合
は、それに応じなければならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札、入札者に求められる義
務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札は無効
とする。
(6)契約書作成の要否要
(7)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づき作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った者を落札者とする。
