(全省庁統一資格)において、「役務の提供等」
のA又はBの等級に格付けされた資格を有す
る者であること。
上記資格の申請の時期及び場所は、全省庁
統一資格審査申請の方法による。
(4)予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金の納付免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争入
札に参加を希望する者は、必要な証明書等を
提出期限までに提出しなければならない。ま
た、開札日の前日までの間において、支出負
担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求め
られた場合には、それに応じなければならな
い。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札は、無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した業務を
確実に履行できると支出負担行為担当官が判
断した入札者であって、予算決算及び会計令
第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格
の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入
札を行った者を落札者とする。

達システムを利用することができる案件であ
る。

(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, persons under conservator-
ship or persons under assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting.③Have Grade A or B in offer
of service etc in terms of the qualification
for participating in tenders laid down by
the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) for the pur-
pose of procurement in the fiscal years of
2025,2026,2027.④Meet the qualification
requirements which the Obligating Officer
may specify in accordance with Article 73
of the Cabinet Order.
