加を希望する者は、入札説明書及び仕様書に
示す書類を事前に提出しなければならない。
入札者は、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、これに応じ
なければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出した
入札書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
入札者であって、予算決算及び会計令第79条
の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限
の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った者を落札者とする。

tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③not be during a period of receiving the
nomination stop from Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare.
④ have Grade A, B or C in "sale of prod-
uct" in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by Ministry of Heal-
th, Labour and Welfare (Single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency) in the
fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
⑤not describe false facts in the applica-
tion.
⑥ not be in an extremely deteriorate busi-
ness condition or a creditworthiness.
⑦Observe the laws and ordinances re-
lated to the labor.
