tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① It must be a person who doesn't corre-
spond to the person and the bankrupt
who doesn't have the ability that the cor

taining rehabilitation
② It is a person who disturbed the execu-
