5 Summary

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall;
① It must be a person who doesn't correspond to the person and the bankrupt who doesn't have the ability that the corresponding contract concludes by not obtaining rehabilitation.
② It is a person who disturbed the execution of the duty as the person and the staff who disturbed the fulfillment of the person and the highest bidder who disturbed the execution of a person who did the act of injustice for the compact prosecution and a fair competition of the contract, and it is ill-founded and it person who doesn't correspond to the person who doesn't perform a contract.
③ Have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024
④ Prove to have actually engaged in fair amount of similar matters properly
⑤ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents
⑦ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑧ Other persons who are qualified as provided in the bidding instructions
