pating in tenders by Ministry of Health,

⑤prove to have no false statement in ten-
dering documents
⑥prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order
⑧ not recieve administrative deposition
by violation of Ministry of Health. La-
bour and Welfare laws and ordinances
within the past one year.
⑨for bidders subject to the following in-
surance system of each item, and it is not
in arrears either of insurance premiums:
