イ 入札書に記載する金額は、仕様書に示し
た品目ごとの数量に見積もった1単位当た
りの単価を乗じた額の総額とし、一切の諸
経費を含んだ金額とすること。
ロ 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載され
た金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当する
額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨
てた金額とする。）をもって落札価格とする
ので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に
係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分
の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載する
こと。
ハ 落札者は契約締結の際、内訳書を提出す
るものとする。

(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨

(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、入札書のほかに必要な証明書等を期限までに提出しなければならな
い。また、開札日の前日までの間において、当機構から当該書類に関する説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。なお、入札者の作成した書類証明書等は当機構において審査するものとし、採用すると判断した入札書のみを、落札対象とする。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書及び入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人都市再生機構会計規程(平成16年独立行政法人都市再生機構規程第4号)第52条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行ったものを落札者とする。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice.
② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
③ a company that has filed a petition to start rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Law, or a company that has not filed a petition to start rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Law.
④ not be the company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation.
⑤ have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Sales of goods" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2023 and 2024.
⑥ be able to respond to witness inspection in Japan.
