設計図書等は、訂正・取消をする場合があり、訂正・取消を行ったときは、入札公告・契約情報検索のページに掲載する。

4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、契約責任者から申請書等に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効
本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の行った入札、申請書等に虚偽の記載をした者の行った入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した者の行った入札は無効とする。

契約制限価格の設定はしないが、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者と入札価格の妥当性や履行の可否を確認するための協議を行い落札者を決定する。

5 Summary

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have the evidence that ever supplied services 「planning process of systematization concept or systematization plan stated in SLCP_JCF」for 20 million or more yen during the period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2024
③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
• Copy of the commercial register
• The latest financial statements
• Copy of certificate of tax payment
• Document that described company career
• Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
⑤ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
(7) Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 November, 2024 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 November, 2024)
(8) The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
