(6) 入札方法 落札者の決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を四捨五入するものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。本件入札はせり下げ方式によることとし、契約制限価格の設定はありません。なお、せり下げ方式による入札の方法は、入札（見積）者に対する指示書を参照すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 中日本高速道路株式会社契約規則（平成18年11月9日中日本高速道路株式会社規程第25号）第11条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 証明書等の提出期限の日までに以下の書類を提出し、一般競争入札参加資格の確認を受けた者であること。
① 商業登記簿謄本の写し
② 直近の財務諸表類
③ 過去3ヶ月以内に発行された納税証明書（国税通則法施行規則）別紙第9号様式（その3、その3の2、その3の3のいずれか）の写し

(2) 入札説明書の交付方法

(3) 入札書及び証明書等の提出期間及び提出方法

4 その他
(1) 契約の手続において使用する言語及び通貨は、日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに、本公告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する書類を証明書等の提出期限までに提出すること。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、契約責任者から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の行った入札、証明書等に虚偽の記載をした者の行った入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した者の行った入札は無効とする。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 せり下げ方式による。
(6) 証明書等の作成及び提出に要する費用は原則として提出者の負担とする。
(7) 提出された証明書等は、原則として返却しない。
