4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 不要
(3) この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、本公告に示した競争参加資格を満たすことを証明する書類その他競争参加資格確認申請書とともに提出すべき書類を競争参加資格確認申請書等の提出期限までに、入札書その他人札書とともに提出すべき書類を入札書等の提出期限までに、それぞれ提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、契約責任者から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格を有しない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5) 契約書の作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した調達に係る入札書を提出した入札者であって、契約制限価格の範囲内で最低価格(総価)をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。

5 Summary

(3) Subject matter of the contract: Transportation and disposal of low-concentration PCB waste within the jurisdiction of the Sapporo Operation office
(4) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased: 68 ton of low-concentration PCB waste
(5) Fulfillment period: 880 days From the next day of the contract conclusion
(6) Fulfillment place: As shown in the specifications
(7) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall:
A Not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
B Not have received business stop measures in the area of Hokkaido Regional Head office
C Not have any capital or personal relationship with those who participate in the bidding until the date when the successful bidder is determined after bidding and opening
D Be able to submit the copy of the documents specified in following ① and ②
① Certificate from the Minister of the Environment for detoxification treatment under Paragraph 1 of Article 15-4-4 of the Waste Management And Public Cleansing Law And the documents that can confirm the collection of transportation.
② Permission from the prefectural governor for collection and transportation from the source of the waste and the municipality in which the disposal site is located.
However, it is not required if The existence of collection or transportation specified ① can be confirmed.
(8) Time-Limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification: 4:00 P.M. 8, August, 2024
(9) Time-Limit for the submission of tender: 4:00 P.M. 17, October, 2024
