5 Summary

③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
⑤ not be the Business Operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly :
• Person who received tender explanation form from electronic procurement system
• Person who received from the orderer by CD-R or mail
⑦ be the person who proved that he has a good record of performance of business similar to this business
⑧ other details, by the tender documentation
