次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

のとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入
札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事

見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する
金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人、又は被補助人であって、契約締結のた
めに必要な同意を得ている者については、こ
の限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度の競争参加資格(全省庁
統一資格)において「物品の販売」のA、B、
C又はDの等級に格付けされた者であるこ
と。
(4)電気事業法第2条第2項の規定に基づき小
売電気事業の登録を受けている者であるこ
と。
(5)省CO2化の要素を考慮する観点から、入札
説明書に記載する基準を満たすこと。
(6)その他契約担当役が必要と定める資格を有
