(4)Period for the performance of the co-
ntracted service : From January 1, 2027 to
December 31, 2029
(5)Place for the contracted service: Nation-
al Hospital Organization Minamikyoto Na-
tional Hospital
(6)Qualification for participating in the hos-
pital procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed tender are those
who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause :
② not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③have Grade A, B, C, D in "Offering Ser-
vice" for participating in tenders by Min-
istry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Single qualification for every ministry
and KinKinKinKinKinki Region;
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation :
