tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 5 and6 the
Regulation Concerning the Contract for
Shinshu University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2026 in the
Kanto • Koshinetsu area in sale of prod-
uct for participating in tenders by Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy, or in tenders by Shinshu University,
C prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
D not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer.
E prove to have registered with the rel-
evant authorities, in accordance with the
Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and
Safety of Products including Pharma-
ceuticals and Medical Devices, to initiate
business of selling a medical instrument.
