(イ)やむを得ない事由により、上記交付方
法による入手ができない入札参加希望者
は、交付期間内の土曜日、日曜日及び祝

に問い合わせること。

(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項
①電子調達システムにより参加を希望する
者は、所定の受領期限までに入札書類デー
タ(申請書等)を3(2)に示すURLに提出
しなければならない。
②紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、
必要な申請書等を所定の受領期限までに3
(1)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。
なお、いずれの場合も、開札日の前日まで
の間において必要な申請書等の内容に関す
る契約担当官等からの照会があった場合に
は、説明しなければならない。また、入札
書に本件責任者、担当者の氏名及び連絡先
を明記することにより、入札書への押印を
省略することができる。ただし、押印を省
略した入札書であっても電子メールによる
提出は認めない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者が行った入札、申請書又は資料に虚
偽の記載をした者が行った入札及び入札に関
する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要本案件は、契約手
続きにかかる書類の授受を電子調達システム
で行う対象案件である。なお、電子調達シス
テムによりがたい場合は、紙契約方式願を提
出し、紙契約方式に代えるものとする。
(6)落札者の決定方法予決令第79条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
であり、入札説明書の要求要件をすべて満た
した入札者の中から、最低価格をもって有効
な入札を行った者を落札者と決定する。なお、
落札者となるべき者が2者以上となった場合
は、くじにより落札者を決定するものとする。
