Abstract
This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of healthcare workers. We conducted a comprehensive search of multiple databases to identify relevant studies published between January 2020 and December 2022. The primary outcomes of interest were symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
