2競争参加資格本調達に係る競争に参加でき
る者は、次に掲げる条件をすべて満足し、かつ、
契約責任者による本調達に係る競争参加資格確
認の結果、資格があると認められた者とする。
(1)当社ホームページに掲載の「中日本高速道
路株式会社契約規則(平成18年中日本高速道
路株式会社規程第25号)第11条の規定に該当
しないこと,
(2)会社更生法に基づく更生手続開始の申立て
又は民事再生法に基づく再生手続開始の申立
てがなされていないこと。
(3)業務実績等を証明できること
以下の①～③すべての項目を満足する者で
あること。
①年間に1号灯油161,500以上の販売実
績を有する者であること。
②給油口に接続するため20m以上の給油
ホースを有した小型タンクローリー(積載
量2t以上4t未満)を申請時点で保有又
は借用できること。
③燃料保管場所(基地)から24時間以内に
納入ができること。
納入計画書には以下の内容を記載して提出
のこと
・燃料保管場所(基地)の所在地、運搬方
法、運搬経路
(4)競争参加資格確認申請書等(以下「申請書
等という。)の提出期限の日から開札の日ま
での期間に、取引停止又は当社ホームページ
に掲載の「中日本高速道路株式会社工事・調
査等の資格登録に関する要領(平成19年1月
10日付け中高契第2号企画本部長通達)に基
づき、「地域1」において資格登録停止を受け
ていないこと。
(5)本調達の入札に参加した者の間の資本関係
又は人的関係がないこと。
(6)警察当局から、暴力団員等が実質的に経営
を支配する者又はこれに準ずる者として、公
共工事等からの排除要請があり、当該状態が
継続している者でないこと。

Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-
icing agents is the expected quantity based
on the past record of supplies, it does not
guarantee the actual supplied amount.

tral Nippon Expressway Company's re-
gulation concerning the contract pro-
cedures.
②have been qualified through the exami-
nation of the documents submitted

③Have proven to have actually sold or
delivered more than 161,500 liter of Kero-

④ At the moment of application, it must
be possible to own or rent a small tanker
truck (load capacity : more than 2t and
less than 4t) with an oil supply hose
(length:20 meters or longer) connectable
to the oil filling port.
⑤Have proven to be able to bring the
products to the requested places within
24 hours after orders are issued
⑥not have capital relationship and per-
sonnel relationship with other bidders.
(7 have not received suspension of re-
gistered contractor status or trader after
the acceptance of application form for
this tender.
