• Copy of certificate of tax payment
• Document that described company ca-
reer
• Application forms and relevant docu-
ments for the qualification
③ Have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status after the sub-
mission of application forms and relevant
documents for the qualification.
④ Not have capital relationship and per-
sonal relationship with other bidders.
