Cabinet Order concerning the Budget,
Auditing and Accounting.
②have Grade A, B, C or D on "offer of
services" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in-
terms of qualification for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in the fiscal year2025/2026/2027
③not be under suspension of nomination
by Director General of Kanto Regional
Development Bureau from Time limit for
the submission of application forms and
relevant documents for qualification to
Bid Opening.
④not be the Building constructor that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing
state concerned
