(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A本院指定場所とクラウドデータセンター
との間の複数回線での接続において、複数
の回線を状況に応じて最適化を行って安定
的な接続が行えること。
B回線としては、8回線以上の利用が行え
ること。

C回線の種別としては、専用回線だけでな
く、商用サービスのインターネット回線や
衛星回線等の異なる種類のレイテンシーが
異なる回線の組合せも行えること,
D回線の最適化は、両端からは1つの仮想
の回線として取り扱え、回線の切り替えを
意識せず、回線の状況や障害に合わせて調
整を行えること。
E本院と外部のクラウドデータセンターへ
の接続に関しては、専用線として判断でき
る回線で、途中経路での災害などのリスク
分散を意識した2系統の回線を含むこと。
F回線の品目としては、論理的に独立した
通信及び帯域が確保されていると判断され
る回線であること。
G回線の監視機能を有し、接続機器ととも
に契約期間中において、運用管理を行うこ
と。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する.
(1)交付期間令和8年7月13日から令和8年
8月28日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催開催しない。本件調達に関す
る問合せは個別に対応する。

よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。

(4)Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system should optimize operations
based on the status of multiple communi-
cation lines between this site and the
cloud data center to ensure a stable con-
nection.
B The system should support the use of 8
or more communication lines.
C The system should be capable of utiliz-
ing not only dedicated lines but also com-
mercial internet lines and satellite links,
which have varying latencies.
D The optimization function of the sys-
tem should treat multiple lines as a single
virtual line, ensuring that line switching
during a failure does not cause disrup-
tion, and allowing for adjustments based
on communication line conditions and
failure status.
E The system should include two dedi-
cated connection lines linking this facility
to an external cloud data center, de-
signed to ensure risk mitigation against
disasters and other contingencies.
F The line for the system should be co-
nfigured to ensure logically independent
communication and bandwidth.
G Operational management of the system
should network
lines and management of system compo-
nents throughout the operational period.
