入札者は消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免
税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約
金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に
記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条及び第71条の規
定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年
者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締
結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条
中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)令和7・8・9年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、北海道地域の
競争参加資格を有する者であり、「物品の販
売A、B又はCであること。
(3)大臣官房衛生監、防衛政策局長又は、防衛
装備庁官又は陸上幕僚長から「装備品等及び
役務調達に係る指名停止等の要領」に基づく
指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でな
いこと。
(4)前号により、現に指名停止を受けている者
と資本関係又は人的関係のある者であって,
当該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造若しくは
役務請負について防衛省と契約を行おうとす
る者ではないこと。
(5)日本国内で調達物品の検査を行うため、日
本国内に要員を確保でき、分任契約担当官の
実施する検査の立会に応じられる者であるこ
と。
(6)警察当局から、暴力団又は暴力団員が実質
的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずる
ものとして、国発注業務等から排除要請があ
り、当該状況が継続している者でないこと。
