3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する.

6 Summary

(5) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must have core functions
for student registration and academic ad-
ministration (including curriculum man-
agement and grade management), and
must also support entrance exam man-
agement, tuition
exemption management, scholarship ma-
nagement, certificate issuance, career
services, health management, and the vi-
sualization of learning outcomes. Furt-
hermore, the system must handle a wide
range of academic affairs tasks in a stan-
dardized and efficient manner, while pro-
viding comprehensive support to users
(approximately 7,500 students and 3,000
faculty and staff members).
B The procuring system must inherit aca-
demic affair data from the current sys-
tem and must perform to an equal or
higher level than the current system.
Furthermore, the procuring system must
be sufficiently flexible to accommodate
future functional expansion.
C The system shall authenticate students,
faculty, staff, and other authorized users
through the institution's user authentica-
tion infrastructure and provide various
services based on user attributes. Furt-
hermore, depending on the service, the
system shall support mobile access and
multilingual functionality (Japanese and
English).
D The maintenance and the restoration
of the system must be well organized, and
the system must be available24 hours a
day, 365 days a year, except during sc-
heduled maintenance. The supplier must
support the university staff and corre-
spond to inquiry on operation of the sys-
tem.
E The system must be capable of data
linkage with other information systems
within the university
F The system works on the campus net-
work system of Gifu University, and must
be secure against unauthorized access
and other attacks.
