参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に総合
評価のための書類及び本公告に示した物品を
納入できることを証明する書類を添付して入
札書の受領期限までに提出しなければならな
い。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間におい
て、機構長から当該書類に関し説明を求めら
れた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると機構長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事
務取扱細則第10条の規定に基づいて作成され
た予定価格の制限の範囲内で、機構長が入札
説明書で指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下
[性能等」という。)のうち、必須とした項目
の最低限の要求要件をすべて満たしている性
能等を提案した入札者の中から、機構長が入
札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落
札者を定める。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合

Tokai Hokuriku area in sales of prod-
uct for participating in tenders by Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy, or in tenders by National University
Corporation Tokai National Higher Edu-
cation and Research System,
C prove to have registered with the rel-
evant authorities, in accordance with The
Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and
Safety of Products including Pharma-
ceuticals and Medical Devices, to initiate
business of selling medical appliances,
D prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
E meet the qualification requirements
which Chancellor, National University
Corporation, Tokai National Higher
Education and Research System may spe-
cify in accordance with Article 5 of the
Regulation.
