ス宛てに申し込むこと。
(※)参加可能な日時を全て記載すること。
当機構において日時を決定し、令和8年7
月3日(金)17時までにメールにて通知する。

(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨.
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除,
(3)入札者に要求される事項封印した入札書
に本公告に示した特定役務を履行できること
を証明する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限
までに提出しなければならず、当該書類に関
し、開札日の前日までの間において、契約担
当役から説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した入札参加に必
要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件
に違反した入札。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると契約担当役が判断した者であっ
て、独立行政法人労働者健康安全機構会計細
則第42条に基づき作成された予定価格の制限
の範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った入札者を落札者とする。

Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
