required: Supplying Control of Medical Im-
plement Article 1 set

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause :
②not come under Article of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③ have Grade A or B in "Service Offer"
and "Sales of products" for participating
in tenders by Health, Labour
and Welfare (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in Tokai-
Hokuriku Region
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation :
