(6)落札者の決定方法
①予定価格の制限の範囲内で、仕様書で指
定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等」
という。)のうち、必須とした項目の最低限
の要求条件をすべて満たしている性能等を
提案した入札者の中から、入札説明書で定
める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定め
る。
②予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格を
もって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とす
る。

prefectures. Within the suspended term
by those above, only the term exceeding

NICT is not included
