(3)令和7・8・9年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において「物品の販売」
の「A|「B|「C」又は「D」等級に格付けさ
れ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有す
る者であること。
(4)防衛省から「装備品等及び役務の調達に係
る指名停止等の要領」に基づく指名停止の措
置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
(5)前号により、現に指名停止を受けている者
と資本関係又は人的関係のある者であって、
当該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造若しくは
役務請負について防衛省と契約を行おうとす
る者でないこと。

日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
反した入札は無効とする。

(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った入札者を落札者とする。
