2競争参加資格

必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別な
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度内閣府競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、①、②は「物
品の製造」又は「物品の販売』のA、B又は
Cの等級に、③は「物品の製造」又は「物品
の販売」のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付け
されている者であること。
(4)警察庁から指名停止の措置を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。
(5)警察当局から、暴力団又は暴力団員が実質
的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずる
者として、国発注業務等からの排除要請があ
り、当該状態が継続している者でないこと。
(6)競争参加資格の申請の時期及び場所「競
争参加者の資格に関する公示(令和8年3月
