(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、競争参加資格確認申請
書を競争参加資格確認申請に必要な書類の提
出期限までに、入札書及び単価表を入札に必
要な書類の提出期限までに提出しなければな
らない。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間に
おいて、契約責任者から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
を有しない者がした入札及び入札に関する条
件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した調達に
係る入札書を提出した者であって、契約制限
価格の範囲内で最低価格(総価)をもって有
効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

who come under the following items at the
time of the examination criteria date, with

time of the decision being made on the suc-
cessful supplier shall not be eligible to par-

personal relationships with those intend-
ing to participate in the bidding during
