(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると契約責任者が判断した入札者で
あって、国立研究開発法人量子科学技術研究
開発機構が作成した予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札
者を落札者とする。
