次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)防衛省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)「物
品の販売」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされ
ている者であること。
(4)防衛省大臣官房衛生監、防衛政策局長、防
衛装備庁長官又は陸上幕僚長から「装備品等
及び役務の調達に係る指名停止等の要領」に
基づく指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の
者でないこと。
(5)前号により、現に指名停止の措置を受けて
いる者と資本関係又は人的関係のある者で
あって、当該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造
若しくは役務請負について防衛省と契約を行
おうとする者でないこと,
(6)警察当局から、暴力団又は暴力団員が実質
的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずる
ものとして、国発注業務等から排除要請があ
り、当該状況が継続している者でないこと。

79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
(6)消費税に係る入札方法、落札決定に当たっ
ては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の
10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額を
もって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

5 Summary

tract through 31 March,2027

documentation.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article70of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③Have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of prod-
uct" in term of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by Ministry of De-
fense. (Single qualifications for every mi-
nistry and agency)
④The person who is not being under sus-
pension of nomination by Director Gener-
al for Health and Medicine, Director Ge-
neral, Bureau of Defense Policy, Director
General, Acquisition, Technology and
Logistics Agency or by Chief of Staff,
G.S.D.F.
⑤Not be the business operators that a
gangstar influences management sub-
stantially or the person who has exclu-
sion request from Japanese government
