(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品又はこれと同等のものを貸付
けできることを証明する書類並びに本公告に
示した物品と同等のものをもって競争に参加
しようとする者については、当該物品が本公
告に示した物品と同等であることを証明する
資料及び製品の見本等を添付して入札書の受
領期限までに提出しなければならない。入札
者は、開札日の前日までの間において、自然
科学研究機構長から当該書類に関し説明を求
められた場合は、それに応じなければならな
い。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品又
はこれと同等のものを貸付けできると自然科
学研究機構長が判断した入札者であって、大
学共同利用機関法人自然科学研究機構の契約
実施規則第12条の規定に基づいて作成された
予定価格の制限の範囲内で、自然科学研究機
構長が入札説明書で指定する性能、機能、技
術等(以下「性能等」という。)のうち、必須
とした項目の最低限の要求要件をすべて満た
している性能等を提案した入札者の中から、
自然科学研究機構長が入札説明書で定める総
合評価の方法をもって落札者を定める。
