(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると分任契約責任者が判断した入札
者であって、国立大学法人富山大学契約規則
第17条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格
の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入
札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

with the Law on Securing Quality, Effica-
