次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨て
るものとする。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る
課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相
当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
(7)電子調達システムの利用本案件は電子調
達システム対象調達案件である。なお、電子
調達によりがたい者は、入札説明書に従い、
発注者の承諾を得た者に限り、紙入札とする
ことができる。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のため
に必要な同意を得ている者については、この
限りでない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度内閣府競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)「物品の販売」のうちA、
B又はC等級に格付けされた九州・沖縄地域
の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4)契約担当官等から指名停止の措置を受けて
いる期間中の者でないこと。
(5)入札説明書及び仕様書等の条件を満たして
いる者であること。

5 Summary

dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the Consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of prod-
ucts" in the Kyushu-Okinawa Area in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
