納入できると契約担当役事務局長が判断し
た入札者であって、当該競争加入者等の入札
価格が本学の定める予定価格の制限の範囲内
で、契約担当役事務局長が入札説明書で指
定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等」
という。)のうち必須とした項目の最低限の要
求要件をすべて満たしている性能等を提案し
た入札者の中から、契約担当役事務局長が
入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって
落札者を決定する。

those who shall:
A not having the ability to conclude a
contract or being a bankrupt and not re-
habilitated.
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2027 in the
Kanto • Koshinetsu area in offer of ser-
vices for participating in tenders by Sin-
gle qualification for every ministry and
agency
C prove to have the ability to rent the
products concerned by themselves and by
a third party, should the products re-
quested through this notice be rent by a
third party, prove to have prepared a sys-
tem to provide maintenance for the rent
products,
D not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer Director-General Admin-
istration Bureau, National University
Corporation Gunma University
E prove to have obtained license for leas-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Law on Securing Quality, Effica-
cy and Safety of Products including Phar-
maceuticals and Medical Devices.
