(5) Delivery place : National Hospital Orga-
nization Kobe National Hospital Qualifica-
tion for participating in the tendering pro-
cedures: Suppliers eligible for participating
in the proposed tender are those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause :
② not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③have Grade A, B in "Sale of products"
and "Offer Service" for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour
and Welfare (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in Kinki Re-
gion:
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation :
⑤prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products:
